Patented spirals in this bird feeder attract more birds and allow more birds to feed at one time. The feeder features seven seed ports (versus four to six on most others). The spiral design allows larger birds such as cardinals and grosbeaks to feed easily, unlike most perch tube feeders. Birds love to perch on the patented spiral and they love to run along the spiral instead of flying to another perch. The lid is a Squirrel-proof patented locking lid.
