We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about returning items to Urban Nature Store:
Return Guidelines:
- Return Period: Items may be returned within 45 days for a refund.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition with all original packaging. Returns with damaged or missing packaging may incur a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and perishable items are non-refundable.
Shipping Fee Adjustments:
- If the original order qualified for free shipping and some or all items are returned, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
- If an order is unclaimed or refused at the point of delivery, any return shipping fees may also be deducted from the refund amount.

Manufacturer Warranties
Any manufacturer product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer as per their terms and conditions. Urban Nature Store can assist with contacting the manufacturer. However, product replacements and repairs are handled directly with the manufacturer.
