Cracked Corn

Sparrows, blackbirds, doves and squirrels are just a few of the visitors that will be attracted to a feeder offering corn or seed mixes high in corn. Some people place corn in a separate feeder as a way to distract squirrels away from their primary bird feeder. Cracked corn is basically dried corn which is removed from the cob and cut into smaller, more manageable sizes. Cracked corn is a popular feeding alternative for pigeons and ducks.
