Many people find lavender to have a calming effect. Customers tell us they put a few drops of our crystal-clear (non-staining) lavender essential oil on their pillowcase before bed time to help induce sleep.

Internal consumption MAY cause irritations to the esophagus, stomach, and/or damage the useful bacterial flora in the intestines.
