Red Cedar Carpenter Bee Trap

$26.95

Description

It can be hung up on a nail or a screw. There is a metal ring on top to hang it from.

Most of our customers hang it on a post of their fence or like we hang it on our wood pool deck. The best place to put a carpenter bee trap is high on any corner of the home so that the bees have full access to the trap and it’s easy for them to see the entrance. You don't need to bait them.  If you catch a bee keep it in the jar because that's what attracts the bees to go in there.  Something about pheromones attracts the bees so the more you have in the jar the better it works.  Also, it's best to plug up any holes that they have made so they don't want to go in their old holes again.
