The Patio Pond De-Icer is a submergible de-icer intended to sit at the bottom of small patio ponds (up to 50 gallons) to keep an ice-free area for harmful gases to escape during winter, helping fish stay healthy. Using 500 watts of power, the de-icer operates automatically during freezing temperatures. Made from virtually indestructible cast aluminum. Safe to use in all types of material, from rubber to metal.
