Reward Points
Receive 1 point for every dollar you spend (before tax, excluding bird seed and gift cards)
Every 25 points you earn = 1 dollar to redeem online
Redeem your points online once you have reached a minimum of 25 points. Points must be redeemed within 12 months after the initial purchase.

Advance Notice
Members receive advance notice of upcoming sales and special discounts.
Purchase Confirmation
As a member, we can retrieve a record of all purchases and purchase dates, which can be used to confirm and utilize manufacturer product warranties.
Confidentiality
Urban Nature Store does not share any customer information with any suppliers or outside organizations.
The Fine Print:
REWARD points and credits expire after 12 months if there is no purchase activity on the member account.

Terms and Conditions:
It is a loyalty reward program offered by Urban Nature Store to online customers of Urban Nature Store.
The program allows persons who have completed the enrollment process, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, to collect reward points when making purchases online and to redeem these points for products as offered by Urban Nature Store.
Members receive no vested rights or entitlements to the continued availability of the program, any particular reward or redemption.
Participation in the REWARDS Program
Membership is free and no initial purchase is required to join.
To be eligible to enroll, participants must be of 16 years of age or older. At a minimum, participants must provide a first name, last name, address, postal code, email address and phone number.
Only one account per person is permitted.
You must advise us immediately of any changes of personal information including name, address and e-mail, by visiting my account section of the website. Occasionally, Urban Nature Store staff may ask to confirm that current information is up-to-date by email. We reserve the right to cancel any account for which we have incomplete or inaccurate information. The submission of false or fictitious personal information will result in the cancellation of the membership and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards and benefits.
Urban Nature Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse the issuance of a membership account to any person who does not follow the prescribed enrollment procedure or provides false information.
Collection of Urban Nature REWARDS Points
To collect reward points, following your enrollment, you must make eligible purchases online under your Member account. Points cannot be awarded retroactively.
Rewards points will be awarded at a rate of one (1) point for every (1) one dollar spent on eligible purchases. Purchases of bagged seed and gift cards are excluded from the program. Reward points are calculated based on the pretax net purchase price, less discounts. The REWARDS points will be awarded based on all eligible purchases reflected as per online price which is rounded down to the nearest dollar.
In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible purchase, reward points will be deducted automatically from the Member Account used for the eligible purchase.
Urban Nature REWARDS points are not transferable from one member to another. Points unredeemed after 12 months from the original eligible purchase will expire and will have no value.
Upon the closure of an Urban Nature Rewards membership account, accumulated points and frequent seed purchase credits will be reduced to zero.
Upon the death of a Member, the Member’s account will be closed and any rewards or reward points in the account will be forfeited. Rewards points are not divisible in the case of a divorce.
If a member does not collect rewards points by making an eligible online purchase for 12 consecutive months, the membership will be deemed inactive and all accumulated rewards and reward points will expire and be forfeited.
Redeeming of Points
Urban Nature REWARDS points may be redeemed for a dollar amount off any purchase online, excluding Gift Cards.
Points will not be awarded on the portion of the redemption transaction paid for by the redemption of award points.
In accordance with Federal and Provincial tax legislation, GST and/or HST and any other applicable taxes are calculated and payable by the member on the full amount of the purchase price of the item.
Rewards points may not be redeemed for previous purchases.
Urban Nature REWARD points have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for cash or for the purchase of gift cards. REWARD points cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, sold, bartered or traded. The accumulation of REWARDS points does not entitle the Member to any vested rights, and does not guarantee in any way the continued availability of any reward, redemption level or any other benefit.
Privacy
Urban Nature Store is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect your personal information for the following purposes:
- To set up and administer the benefit program and the management and identification of your rewards account;
- To process redemptions and issue rewards;
- To process returns and exchanges and assist with warranty claims;
- To communicate with members;
- To communicate with members regarding the program’s terms and conditions;
- To understand the shopping and information needs of members and to offer members relevant information, services and products; and
- To offer members special rewards and benefits.
By providing your personal information to Urban Nature Store, you consent to our use of the information for the purposes outlined.
All membership information will be used solely by Urban Nature Store and will not be sold or rented to any other organization.
In the event that any provision in this Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
