Product Description

This De-icer will rest safely on the bottom of the tank, pond or as a fountain water warmer. It comes complete with a metal guard that will protect rubber, plastic, or structural foam tanks. Comes with the same safety shut-off system found in the floating models. Works automatically only when needed, turning on when the temperature reaches 2 degrees Centigrade (35 degrees Fahrenheit) and turns off at 7 degrees Centigrade (45 degrees Fahrenheit). Uses 1500 watts of power and comes with a 10 ft-long cord. Suitable for ponds 50-600 gallons in size. 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
