We are proud of our competitive prices. If you find an identical item currently offered for less at a local competitor’s store or a Canadian website, Urban Nature Store will price match at the time of purchase.
To do a price match with a website competitor, the website competitor must be a Canadian website, and the final product price must take into account shipping, handling and other applicable fees.
The product must be available for shipping or purchase at the competitor’s location. We do not match typographical errors and we must be able to confirm the competitor’s price through an internet search or a printed flyer.
The Price Match Guarantee is not applicable to prices offered by membership-fee based competitors.
If after a purchase, within 15 days, you find an identical item available at a lower price, as per our stated Price Match Guarantee, we will refund the difference.

- To place a curbside pick-up order, call your local store directly or place it online and select store pick up.
- To place your order online, select your items (fill your cart), proceed to checkout ,enter your billing information and then select store pick-up for your shipping location (you will be able to select your individual store location).
- We are working hard to fill each order as fast as possible, and most orders are filled within 3 hours.
- We will phone or email you as soon as the order is ready for pick-up
